To prepare for this cross country season we will begin optional conditioning workouts every Monday and Wednesday from 6:30pm-8:00pm at the Cascade track. The team will be following the OSAA phase two guidelines for fall sports. If you participated last year you should have already received an email with details. If you are interested in joining cross country for the first time, please email Coach Swanson at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive more direction about signing up and the phase two guidelines.
